DRY ARCHITECTS has over 30 years experience of dealing with complex Planning issues on projects in central London and over that time have achieved a high success rate especially on Listed Buildings.
We work closely with Local Authorities & English Heritage as well as Freeholders and organisations such as The Wellcome Trust, Cadogan and Grosvenor Estates.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are able to act as Lead Consultant and co-ordinate a team which may include, Structural and Mechanical Engineers, AV specialists, Quantity Surveyors and Interior Designers. We are able to offer a complete supervisory role over a project from inception to the client moving in. We are also happy to act on specific Architectural elements and work as part of a team.
DESIGN
At DRY Architects we pride ourselves at understanding the Clients tastes and achieving a design that meets their requirements. Detailing on quality residential schemes is critically important and we take extra care in ensuring that the scheme is fully designed down to the last detail. We also have a sister Company, DRY Interiors that can provide the additional services of Interior Designer if required.
