DRY Ltd was founded in 2006 by merging three established practices. The partners Oliver Empson-Ridler and Louise Yates have now developed DRY Architects into an established practice specialising in the high end residential market as well as general housing and commercial projects.

 

Once based in Holland Park and Hampshire we have moved London base to Fitzrovia, our main areas of activity are central London with projects also completed in the home counties and Switzerland. We have the skills needed to restore heritage buildings with care and sensitivity while also guaranteeing they feature 21st century technology. We have been able to achieve an unprecedented success rate in securing difficult planning and listed building consents.

 

DRY Architects guides the clients through the whole process, from initial concept design, planning and listed building submissions, building regulations approvals, obtaining tender prices and administrating the work.

Each client is unique and we go above and beyond for all of them. Our service is tailored to our client’s individual needs. We do not replicate one style repeatedly but treat each project as a unique opportunity to embrace new techniques and
designs.
