In conjunction with a London based interior design firm, we led the extension and refurbishment of a 4-storey townhouse in Chelsea.

We obtained contentious planning consent for the rear infill conservatory and internal reconfiguration of the Ground Floor, maximising the floor area and enhancing the connection between the building and the extensive rear garden.  Our design role included overseeing all related structural works as well as integrating the interior design details into the overall construction package.  We also administered the contract on behalf of the client.
