The refurbishment of this Victorian Terrace house in Queens Park included the adding a contemporary infill extension to the rear. The brief was to update the internal finishes creating a more user friendly home for a young family incorporating Landscape design to incorporate the back garden with the open plan living space.
With extensive refurbishment and new joinery DRY Architects worked with preferred contractors to update the residence.

Refurbishment of the top floor flat in Grade II listed building in Lennox Gardens, London. Consent gained for internal alterations and an extension at roof level. Complete renovation to create a 1,500 ft2 contemporary luxury flat, built to the a high quality standards, including air conditioning, Lutron lighting, integrated sound system. Features include a Poliform kitchen, luxury bathrooms, wide plank flooring by Element 7.

Knightsbridge
The refurbishment of this Mews Property in Knightsbridge included the excavation of a basement and the conversion of one garage into habitable space, in order to add 1000ft² of floor area to the existing footprint.
The brief was to reconfigure the spaces and update the internal finishes creating a point of interest for the commercial rental market.

Complete refurbishment of 2,300 ft2 penthouse flat to create contemporary open plan living space in Onslow Square, London. All licenses and consents obtained for new timber floors and associated acoustic works. Installation of air conditioning throughout, new heating and electrical controls. New Poliform kitchen and high quality bathrooms.

The brief was to update the internal finishes creating a more user friendly home for our clients. With extensive refurbishment and new joinery DRY Architects worked with specialist Joiners to update the residence to 21st century standards. The result is a successful intervention to a period building.
Luxury House
Chelsea
In conjunction with a London based interior design firm, we led the extension and refurbishment of a 4-storey townhouse in Chelsea. We obtained contentious planning consent for the rear infill conservatory and internal reconfiguration of the Ground Floor, maximising the floor area and enhancing the connection between the building and the extensive rear garden. Our design role included overseeing all related structural works as well as integrating the interior design details into the overall construction package. We also administered the contract on behalf of the client
Modern apartment
Bolton Gardens
Complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of 1,000ft2apartment in Bolton Gardens, London.
The minimal styling of the interior has been achieved by using concrete, waterproof plaster to bathrooms and kitchen, wide plank flooring. New decorative sash windows to the front façade have been inserted in keeping with the local conservation area.

Refurbishment of a two storey maisonette forming part of a Norman Shaw designed Grade II* listed property fronting Cadogan Square, London. Working in collaboration with the Italian client's own interior designer to create a contemporary living space within the restrictions of an unyielding footprint.

Complete refurbishment and restructuring of family house in Chesterford Gardens, London to create a mix of contemporary and traditional interiors. Roof conversion to create additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Reconfiguration of interior spaces and levels creating visual links with the garden.
Country House
Sevenoaks
In conjunction with a London based interior design firm, we led the refurbishment of a mock Tudor private residence in Oakhill, Sevenoaks for a young family. Our design role included overseeing necessary structural repairs to the exterior of the building, the reconfiguration of the internal spaces in order to open up a somewhat jumbled collection of rooms, and the design of a contemporary staircase in order to make the most of the spectacular views over the Kent countryside.
